An essential. I can’t get enough garlic, but roasted garlic is out of this world! A little bit of TLC and garlic turns sweet and caramelized.

Roasted Garlic
1 large bulb garlic
Olive oil
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Cut top off of garlic bulb to expose the tips of the cloves.. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in foil.
- Place garlic in preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- When cooled, remove garlic from foil and gently squeeze base of the bulb to release the cloves of garlic.
